Corporate management is well-versed in telecommunications operations with over thirty years experience in marketing, sales, systems design, and service of voice, data, and digital communications systems.

The Company offers a full line of telecommunications products and services from major manufacturers designed to enable businesses to communicate more economically and reliably.

The firm provides telecommunications planning, system design, turn-key installation, and maintenance of advanced voice and data systems such as PBX, Voice Mail, Unified Messaging, Networks, and cost control and cost containment systems.

Coordination with operating telephone companies, other common carriers, and specialized network vendors on behalf of customers is provided with every installation and system enhancement.

Post-sale customer service and consulting services provided include training, software upgrades, system re-configurations, and telecommunication planning.

SERVICE

Our regular service hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30AM – 5:00PM.

We provide 24 hour, 7 days per week (24x7), emergency technical service. Our on-call technicians travel in company vans, stocked with spare parts, manuals, test equipment, and laptop computers.

We provide remote diagnostic and software changes from our office computers and laptops utilized by field service technicians.
